How do we get support?

There is no option on your webpage and you don’t seem to anwer questions on the forum. How do we get support?

I receive and RS250 yesterday and it failed within six hours. I am sending it back to the dealer. They are sending me another one but I won’t keep it if there isn’t a way to submit a support request and get timely responses.

I read your other posts. Please check if the issue you have is correct.

  1. You received RS250 and it worked at first, but in six hours, it doesn’t turn on.
  • When you turn on the RS250, does something show up in the screen? Such as ROSE logo?
  • If nothing shows up in the screen, do you see the backlight is on?

I unplugged it several times sometimes there was just a backlight on, a couple other times the logo would flash on/off, and I saw once where the logo stayed on the screen. I unplugged it and plugged it back around 6-7 times waiting 5-15 minutes between each time.
