How do you reorder a RoseTube playlist?

I’ve read about holding the three buttons down, or an edit feature but neither works for me. Any other thoughts? Also, is the playlist really going in reverse order (i.e., the last video I enter plays first).

From the RoseTube playback screen, you will be directed to the Queue List screen. 1. On the Queue List screen, tap the up/down arrow icon in the top right corner. 2. Once it changes to the 3-line menu icon, long-press and drag the three lines to reorder the list.
