So, gentlemen — maybe not many know this, but if you go to SETTINGS on your ROSE and scroll the side menu to USER ACCOUNT, you can see under your email your Level and the number of Miles. Please reply and post which level you have and how many miles. I’ll start: LV.2 — Mileage 555. What’s your mileage?
What is mileage? The number of times that it freezes and you have to unplug it or the number of times you have done a factory reset?

LV.2 mileage (kilometers) 411
Have RS520 (first one in NL)
My HIFI Rose 150 is exactly two years old, and it is rarely switched off.
Just go to Settings on your device, then to User Account, and you’ll see which level you have and how many miles your unit has accumulated.
Well, I was joking. That said, I really don’t know what milage means in the context of s streamer. If it means how many hours of use the machine has seen, it should say hours. Or days or whatever. It is just another example of how byzantine this operating system is.
I think its kind of playful…
I’m relatively new so my previously owned RS520 shows only 51 miles or so.
Not sure if that gets zeroed out on a factory reset or not.
Implementation of completely useless data. A waste of valuable programmer time who should be implementing and repairing the essentials
So, does anybody have any idea what the “miles” mean? The days I have used it, the times it has been turned on and certainly the number of hours it has been used are all far more than my “miles.” Just out of curiosity, I would like to know what it is referring to…
Actually this has already been discussed on this forum, just not in a dedicated thread. From what I’ve gathered, HIFI ROSE itself isn’t disclosing the purpose of this easter egg, but judging by everything it seems to be it. And after some time we’ll actually get some ‘gifts’ — possibly rubber vaginas or big dildos — so that ROSE users have something to do while listening to music, besides coming onto this forum to complain about how crappy their software is…
I see 485 is my mileage.
It looks like it gets nulled when you reset your unit because of a failed update.
My RS 150b shows level 1 and mileage 2, if this is meant to represent two hours, this is completely wrong as I used it much more often, but OK if after the last update, I finally did some days ago.
Rs 520. Level 2 391 mil

My RS201e shows:
Level 1
51 miles
Ok have to ask how long have you owned your RS520?
I’m trying to see if Level 2 means 2years of ownership.
Thx
My 150b shows Level 2 Milage 438.
