How to adjust meters 150b?

Im most newer music the meters stay fully locked to the right and not even 100 percent, they stay short of full travel and don’t move until music output lessens. Is there a way to adjust the meters so thy utilize the full range of motion and don’t just stop short and quit moving?

Remember — if something stops working in your 150B, do a factory reset right away and it’ll usually fix it. Don’t ask why, don’t moan about it… just learn to reset the unit quickly and most symptoms disappear instantly. I had the exact same issue yesterday: my meters were completely stuck, not moving at all.

This has been since purchased 1.5 years ago. I recently reset but doesnt affect anything as far as meter “needle” travel and function. Nor does setting to input or output gain. Both act identical. I only use unbalanced (rca) out to amplifier. My unit has never glitched or failed to move the needles, it’s the range of motion that seems incorrect. I thought by using the volume control in the rose, I could make the meters adjustable from zero to full gain. This does not happen.

Then just do a factory reset once again.

Please check if the same issue occurs even after performing a factory reset, as @VIK mentioned.
You can do this by following the steps below:
RS150B → Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset

Factory reset does not help. Meters work but as i said, during music with high dynamics, they just sit motionless at the right short of 100%. Volume control on Rose through app or touchscreen does not adjust meters travel at all on either output or input gain. Am I incorrect in assuming Meters should be controllable by volume adjust on rose itself?

Factory reset almost always helps to resolve issues of this kind, and it worked again this time.

@Kralleep

Could you please check if the same issue occurs with other types of VU meters, not just the one you’re currently using?
If possible, please record a short video showing the problem and send it to the email address below so we can review it in detail.
