Matrix NT-1 is a pure digital player, and there is also a more advanced digital decoding all-in-one machine MS-1, but the price is relatively expensive. The advantage of this Chinese brand lies in its excellent software and control, rich interface expansion, and relatively high sound quality.
I really like the appearance of the RS151 and its standard full-size body, but I feel that the software system may not be perfect. I would like to hear about your user experience.
Has everyone upgraded to Rose’s new firmware update? What are the differences in usage compared to the previous version of the firmware?
Matrix is a good brand… at least it has a good rep.
In terms of software… I suspect it too has its share of warts.
I don’t think you could go wrong with either unit.
While we see a couple of people complaining about their units… It seems not that wide spread. (Although YMMV) I’ve never had issues w the software or the upgrade… outside of a couple of quirks.

I think you are right in doing your due diligence and asking the community for input.
I’d suggest talking to your local deal.
If you don’t have a local dealer for the Rose… go with Matrix… if neither are local… find a dealer that has a decent return policy. So you can buy, try and return within their time limit.
