I am a very happy RS250 owner since last December. I had a ton of problems,when the software only allowed SMB 1 to connrlect to Drobos,and my other music storage devices.
It has become very confusing,when trying to add new music sources properly. How can delete all of the user- logins WITHOUT deleting internal music stored?

Let me answer to your questions.
Even if you perform factory reset or data initialization on the RS250, your SSD sound sources or sound sources in the external hard drive will not be deleted. However, when factory resetting or data initialization is performed, the DB must be rescanned to load music from the SSD or external hard drive. Upon factory reset, your Rose account will be logged out. However, the account does not disappear, and if you log in, you can use it normally as before.
