I can’t connect tidal or phone to system - I’ve changed the password. Can I return the equipment as it’s not working and is too fiddly to use ?
Please check a few things.
- If you log in to your Tidal account on the Tidal app itself, is it logged in normally?
- You logged in to your Tidal account on both the RoseConnect app and the Rose device, but you can’t log in?
