I have an RS201e and a RS520. Both machines have a 2 TB hard drive attached with about 850 GB of lossless WMA files. Everything is organized into 10 custom genres. Using Rose Connect Premium on my iPad Air and Samsung A53 phone I have no problem accessing each of the genres and picking an album to play. Using the new Rose One app, my access is severely compromised on the ipad and the Samsung. Looks like genres with more albums (100+??) simply wont load and it defaults to all albums. Ive tried everything. Does anyone know what’s hoping on here. Oh yeah, all my firmware and software are up to date and yes I have tried rescanning.
