I have an account Dave001 - i am trying to sign in on my HI Fi Rose 250A but i get no resposnse - it will not accept my account name or Password.
Can this be reset at all as i need to update my database !

I checked the ID with the nickname Dave001 and it was confirmed as bassdave001@gmail.com.
I sent you a temporary password to the email address above.
Please enter the following when you log in to your Rose account.
ID: bassdave001@gmail.com
PW: Temporary password in the email
To change your password, you must first be logged in to your Rose account.
Password changes can only be done through the RoseConnect app.
You can change to a new password in RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Edit–>Change password.
Thanks you I can now sign in.
However I cannot see my attached internal hard disk drive - I get the error message Rosedisk not connected ! - can you please advise !
