I lost all streaming apps on RS 520

When I got back home today, all the streaming apps were missing on my RS 520. Tidal, Qobuz, Apple Music, Rose FM, Rose Radio. All gone. Only Rose Tube and Spotify remained.

I looked at Rose Store and it is written that the apps are not installed on the unit when I click on the app logo.

Can anybody help me to retrieve these apps please?

Also, I signed up to Qobuz yesterday and it plays only 30 seconds samples of each songs I choose but plays just fine on my iPhone.

Had this same issue with an update on a 250A. Pulled up the Rosestore icon on the front screen and you will find the streaming services ready to reinstall. It should also take care of the 30sec Qobuz play issue.

Hello,

You can install the apps that are missing in Rose Store.
(RS250 > Rose Store > Install the apps you need)

About 30 seconds play, would you logout from Rose Qobuz and login again?
(Rose APP > Qobuz > My Qobuz > Settings > Logout)
