I still can’t see album art in folder view

Many, many days ago I wrote about this issue. I was quickly advised by @Rose_love that the issue would be addressed in the next software update. The software was updated and the issue was not resolved.

I have an external 2T HDD attached to my Hifi rose. The WMA lossless files are organized as follows music/album artist/album. I use folder view to quickly navigate my collection by album artist and then choose an album or within that album an individual song. Works like a charm and has made me much less worried about not being able to access my collection by album artist under the classification option where there are only options for genre etc.

Anyway, when I navigate my HDD using the folder view using the folder and file names it works fine. However, when I choose the thumb nail option, there’s no art displayed for each album artist folder or any of the albums in each one them. When I do select an album I can finally see the album art for every song for the album in the folder view. Is this normal? If it is not normal can it be fixed?

20 days later after the update and still no communication from @Rose_love I wrote the following

The new Rose One Connect software did not fix my issue. When I go into folder view there is still no album art for any of the sub folders (which are arranged by album artist) and when I select an artist’s folder there is still no art for any of the artist’s albums in that folder. However, when I do select an individual album there is album art for every song so I know it’s there. I am hoping you folks can fix the folder view so the artist folder has an image, perhaps of the first album in their folder. Then I am hoping that when I select the artists folder I could see album art for each of their albums in the folder. Please help.
