IIs cabling for Gustard R26 r2r to RS150

i have a HiFi Rose RS150B and want to connect the IIS out using the 24 pin (DVI?) or the RJ45 to the IIS HDMI in of a Gustard R26 r2r DAC. I’d like to use an optical cable. Any suggestions as to what cable(s) will do this?
Will a DVI-D to HDMI connector like this work?

After that adapter I’d use a straight HDMI to HDMI optical cable.

I have the same setup. It won’t work. The 2 i2s profiles that are used with the HiFi Rose 150b are JAVS and PS Audio. Neither works with the Gustard R26. You will need a DDC like the Gustard U18 in between the HiFi Rose 150b and the Gustard R26 if you want to use i26, or you could just connect the 150b to the r26 via USB.
