Import .m3u playlist

Hello,
I have just about given up on the functionality of this streamer. For the price, I don’t understand the limitations concerning playlists.
I have already ranted about the fact that you can’t add files in bulk to a playlist (adding them one at a time is too tedious when you have more than 10,000 albums). Now, I read you could import an.m3u or .m3u8 playlist made with Foobar or VLC by copying it from a flash drive onto the RS150b itself, which would be an enormous improvement over the actual situation.
However, the File Manager does not give you that option (only the flash drive shows in the directory), and copying it onto the same drive as the music (my NAS) doesn’t seem to work either, even after rescanning the drive.
I am not using any services (such as Spotify) besides reading music directly from my NAS.
Has any one out there been successful in importing a playlist and if so, what steps did you take?
Thank you.

It is not possible to select and add individual tracks to a playlist created on your Rose device.
However, you can add all tracks from a selected album to a playlist.

Additionally, it is not possible to copy music files from your NAS to a storage device connected to the Rose device.
Likewise, transferring music from a storage device connected to the Rose device to your NAS is also not supported.

I am not sure but I think you are confusing a Playlist with the Library. If you are trying to get your 10K albums into the library, you should be able to see the SSD in your Rose in your network and drag your music folder from it’s current location to the Rose’s SSD. I did that with a BlueSound Vault that I previously used for a music server and dragged the music to my Rose SSD.

Is there a setting to make the SSD visible? It is really not showing under File Manager.

I have a few questions regarding your use of the SSD:

  1. After inserting the SSD into your Rose device and going into the Music section, are you able to play the files normally?
  2. Is your SSD formatted as NTFS, exFAT, or FAT32?
  3. If you remove the internal SSD from your Rose device and reconnect it, does the same issue still occur?
