Impossible to register an account

Hi, I’ve just bought (2nd hand) a Rose RS150.
For the full usage I need to register and login.
Problem: It is impossible to do that!
Directly at the device…fill out everything…nothing happens.
Tried within the app: fill out everything…agree to terms…comes a brown button (at least looks like) with no text… can’t press it…and nothing happens.
The account here from the forum does not works…user not found. (But seems normal as it is not synchronised what is stated in the description)

How can I create this ******* account?

But it does still not work, tested just a minute ago.
Maybe I wait a little more…I live in GMT+1

Still same result…dead on device (here maybe a software bug es there is no field for second typing of password as verification…)
The “empty brown button” within the app. (Tested on two devices)

The account you sign up for at https://eng.hifirose.com/ or forum is different from the account you use on the Rose device or RoseConnect app.

You must sign up on your Rose device or RoseConnect app.

Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>User account–>Sign up–>Agree–>Enter your email, nickname, and password to create an account.

RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Sign up–>Please fill in the blanks and create an account.

Please read carefully…it does not work on the device and within the app. It is still as described…
I’m aware that the account here is a different one and does not work.
Issue is in short words: I can’t create an account. I follow all rules and do try it NOT on the website
