Dear all,
I Installed a new 2Tb SSD in my Hifi Rose 150B. After format en required adjustments it showed 5Gb available?
I did not understand it so I format the same SSD again on my PC with Fat and some musik files to check later on the installed files.
After reinstalling SSD in the Hifii Rose 150B it showed again 5Gb available!!, however all installed music file are available so iI think something is wrong with Rose memory check.
Is this a known problem our did I something wrong.
Hello,
-
Do you mean that your RS150B recognized only 5GB available both when the SSD is empty and filled with music files?
-
On which screen did you see that the 5GB is available in HIFIROSE?
Is it… >> RS150B > Settings > Storage Settings > storage information? -
What’s the model name of your SSD?
Hi
Thanks for quick reply.
Correct
It showed
Storage info ROSEDISK(964A-B670)
5GB Available
Confirm
Mij installed Ssd is Crucial MX500 2TB

Hello,
This is an issue that has never reported before…
Would you try factory reset?
(RS150B > Settings > System Setting > Factory Reset)
You will have to login again the ROSE account, connect WIFI, scan the files you did before… but it won’t delete files in your SSD.
Hello Roseloa
I still have the same problem we did everything you proposed unfortunately without result. It still 5gb.
There are also some Dutch translate error in this pages( scanning ssd)

Dear @brey0001 ,

Would you try format SSD in RS150B? It will delete all the files in your SSD, so please backup.
(RS150B > Settings > Storage Settings > SSD Format) -
Would you let me know your ROSE ID?
(RS150B > Settings > SystemInfo > ROSE ID)
Hello Roseloa,
My ROSE ID is 0C8977.
I did this already before I format it with my laptop in FAT.
So first time I format NTFS, the installed Rose format.
After format I stored some music files for test because of the 5Gb problem.
After some forum google I format SSD with AT as proposed in one of your forum comments to format SSD with pc.
Regards,
Gerard
I have the exact same ‘problem’. The Rose 150b shows 5GB available in both my Crucial MX 2 TB SSD as my SanDisk micro SD card 128GB. Of course this is incorrect information but the music on both devices can be played witout any issue.
Dear @brey0001 and @tijgetje13 ,
Setting the language to Dutch&Spanish seems to have that problem.
I will check with developer and fix it.
Thank you,
