Internet Streams not in 192kbps

Great device:clap:t2::muscle:t2::+1:t2: I bought it in Germany. I’m completely happy. Great tube clock and VU meter. My integrated SSD also works great. Absolutely awesome piece.

I just can’t receive some streams (German radio streams for example R.SA Maxis Maximal) in 192kbps, although I can stream them without any problems on my old Pioneer N-50A. I was also in contact with R:SA and they told me: your stream is 192kbps and okay. I should contact the manufacturer. Is there a software update coming from you???

Alles selber geklärt👍🏻

@Bonte

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I didn’t understand your problem correctly.

Please answer the questions below.

  1. What is the model name of the Rose device you are using?
  2. How are you connecting and using your Rose device?
  3. Do you mean that the R.SA radio channel cannot be played at 192kbps on the Rose device?
  4. Your question is not detailed enough for me to answer. Please provide a more detailed explanation.

Thank you for your quick response.

In RoseRadio only the stream R.SA in 128kbps is found in the search function.

But using the Add My RoseRadio Channel function, I looked for the URL for 192kbps & ACC online and copied an image of the station logo and created a channel. Also a great feature from you (Rose). Now I have my stream again in the quality that I had before on my other network player.

Do everything yourself, thanks to your great function: Create your own channel.

My device Rose Rs520👍🏻

:v:t2:

My Rose RS520 is connected to the Internet with a LAN cable.

When using the search function, the stream was only found in 128kbps and also without a station logo.

Now it’s just an example of a stream. There are a lot of streams that don’t have a channel logo.
