IOS 18.6 iPhone and iPad disconnect frecuently RS250 ver 5.9.18

Hi Everyone!
I have an is issue with my device. Everytime I connect my mobile device have to login. And frequently, device is disconnected and have to connect back even login again.

Uninstall the Rose Connect app on both devices and the problem persists.

Any recommendations to fix this would be highly appreciated.

The behavior you describe—being asked to log in repeatedly and frequent disconnections—may be related to either the network environment or account/session settings. Please try the following steps to see if the issue improves:

  1. Update Software: Ensure that both your Rose device firmware and the Rose Connect app are updated to the latest version.

  2. Clear App Data/Cache: On your mobile device, clear the app cache and data (or delete and reinstall the app once more, making sure all old data is removed).

  3. Check Network Settings:
    Make sure your Rose device and mobile device are connected to the same stable network (preferably a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, avoiding mixed/guest networks).
    Restart your router and, if possible, assign a static IP to the Rose device to prevent session drops.

  4. Auto Login Setting: After logging in, confirm that the “Keep me logged in” option is selected. If you are using multiple devices with the same account, try logging out from one before connecting with another.

  5. Re-pairing Devices: In the Rose device menu, sign out from your account, then log in again fresh and re-pair your mobile app.
