iOS App crashes setting pre-out level setting

hi support,
the iOS App crashes trying to activate the pre-out level setting on different iOS devices. on the RS150B itself the setting can be changed and applied.
please support.

I have a few things to check.

  1. What version of iOS app are you using? EA or Premium?

  2. What is your Rose device version information?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version info

  3. Does the app always crash when you change the pre-out level setting value in the RoseConnect app?

  1. iOS + iPad OS Premium App Version 5.7.82
  2. System Version Information: 5.7.07.1
  3. Yes - on iOS + iPad OS the app crashes immediately I try to enable it. Setting seems to be disabled by default - on the R150b it is enabled.

I also have the problem about setting the preout level through the app. The app doesn’t crash however it doesn’t apply the setting when I try to change it. It shows always disabled on the app but it’s actually enabled on the rs150b.

We have also confirmed the same phenomenon as you.

The official version update distribution will be distributed today or tomorrow.

Please update your RoseConnect app and Rose device to the latest version and check if the issue occurs.
