New update, drains battery in minutes and iPhone and iPad really getting to hot to touch!

Have you ever performed a forced restart of your iPhone / iPad?
Delete the app from your iPhone/iPad and reinstall it from the App Store.
Apps also save data when you use them.
If you reinstall, the app will be virgin.
Don’t worry, everything will be there if you are logged into your Rose account.
I’ve done this a dozen times.

Last week, an update was released for the RoseConnect app.
The update fixed the battery draining phenomenon and the phone getting hot.
Does this phenomenon still occur after updating the RoseConnect app?

The iPad Air 2023 still getting hot and drains his battery. Only when I use the Rose app. Also when I use my iPhone 13 both upto date.

Hello, i only use the Tidal function. When I open the Rose app the iPad getting instant very hot and the battery will drain in minutes. The app and there for also the receiver are un usable.
Can I get a refund after a one year of agony?
When I use Exel spreadsheets, word, internet and the Apple music app al at once, the iPad don’t get hot.
A friend, had the genius idea to buy a android tablet as a remote control for the RS520. His thoughts were that IOS and the android based app, would cause communication problems. I bought the cheapest Samsung tablet only to run the Rose app. So far it’s works well.
