Hello, is Rose’s Premium service down?

My Rose 250 device gives me the error message “Connection to Rose server failed”
The error message “Connection to Rose server failed” appears when Ethernet or Wi-Fi is not normally connected.
I have a few questions for you.

Are you saying that you can’t connect RS250 with RoseConnect Premium app?

Are you saying that you can connect to the RoseConnect Premium app but cannot log in to my Rose account?

If the error message “Connection to Rose server failed” continues to appear, try factory reset and try to connect Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection you used before.
RS250–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
