Is this a 5.9 bug?

I have an RS150B running the latest Rose software (version 5.9). I just installed an empty 4TB ssd (properly formatted with a guid partition table with 1 fat32 partition taking all 4TB). Drive was recognized fine. I also have a 256GB micro sd card installed, for Tidal cache.

Navigating to Settings → Storage Settings → Storage Information results in a locked up, unresponsive UI. The system eventually recovers by popping up a dialog that says it’s stuck and prompts to restart some system service. Seems like this shouldn’t happen especially since the drive is empty.

Please ensure your SSD is formatted as exFAT rather than FAT32, as exFAT is more stable for large drives. If the issue continues, feel free to reach out with further details.

If you still have issues, try factory resetting your RS150b.
RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
