Issue in RS 250

Rosetube has a delay in the image in relation to the sound in both streaming and local files.
The image also stutters and only improves by turning off the rs250 screen.

To solve the problem, I have a few questions.

  1. Are you saying that the video and sound that are displayed during RoseTube playback are out of sync? If so, What is your RS250 connection?

  2. Does turning the power off and on solves the problem? Does the sync not match again appear during use?

  3. Try playing by setting Rose device–>Rosetube–>Settings–>Setting for Resolution–>User selection.

Please explain your problem in a bit more detail.

  1. yes. My connection is via hdmi to samsung tv and analog output to amplifier.
  2. No. Turning off the power does not solve the problem. It’s still out of sync.
  3. I am already in user option.
    On Rose’s LCD the synchronization is correct.
    It seems to be from the hdmi part, I’ve already tried other cables and the anomaly continues.
    Also on TV, the image stutters and on Rose’s screen flows well.

  1. Are you using an external DAC? Or are you using RS250’s built in DAC?
  2. When playing video on RS250, is it out of sync? For example, USB storage video, Rosetube, Tidal video

  1. I’m using Rose’s built-in dac.
  2. Out of sync only Rosetube videos. Videos from external drives connected by usb play well.
  3. 4K videos don’t flow well, they play in bumps like frame by frame.
    I have fiber optic internet with 200 megabytes of speed.
    Hope you guys solve this problem…

Is RS250 → Settings → Audio Settings → Use Fade in/out when changing songs set to ON?
If it is set to ON, set it to OFF and check if the rosetube sync matches.

I have a few more questions on this subject.

  1. Is there a symptom of out of sync even after unplugging the RS250 and reconnecting it?
  2. Are you using the caching function?
  3. Is it connected to via Ethernet or Wi-Fi?

  2. Yes I am using the caching function but the anomaly remains with or without the function turned off.
    3.I’m using a 200mb cable.

I’ve bougth the RS250a 1 week ago, and he alos back to my dealer… many problem and this one below

I’ve the same problem if i Use the TV screen or if I use my homecinéma SR7015 Marant, The image also stutters, and many video but not always, I’ve a pop up issue, by the screen of the RS205a

and the Rose is sometime detected but a law signal by ethernet link and some time no.

All the rest of my, TV4K, DAB radio system Rotel T14, hormecinéma SR7015 , computer etc works very well

I 've got optical fiber and spcecific ethernet cable
