Oct 16, 2025:
The issue was forwarded to the SQA team with a request for urgent correction. -
Oct 18, 2025:
The SQA team confirmed that when a HiFi Rose streamer is not running the latest firmware version, a message appears prompting the user to update.
If the device is not updated, compatibility issues may occur when connecting with the RoseConnect app, and further compatibility issues may also arise with the server API. -
Oct 20, 2025:
After internal discussions, it was decided that when the update notification popup is shown on a device running an outdated version, we will inform users that they may temporarily continue using the device by tapping the Close button.
