I have a valid Qobuz subscription but for some reason after working fine for months, my RS250A just began playing only 30 seconds of each song in Qobuz. My Qobuz playlists work fine on my computer and phone . This 30 second issue is only happening on the RS250A. I’ve tried restarting the RS250A, and logging out and logging back into Qobuz.
We released an update yesterday. Are your RS250a and RoseConnect app updated to the latest version? After downloading the latest version of the RoseConnect app, log out of your Qobuz account and log in.
Yes that was the issue. Qobuz is working again after reinstalling the app on the RS250A
