By next week it will be the 5th week without getting a replacement for the wifi/buetooth dongle.
The RS520 is partly disabled because neither wifi nor bluetooth can be used.
I opend a ticket with the shop were i bought the RS520 but they get no answer from the distributor.
I also opened 2 support requests in the Rose user forum.
These dongles are only available in S. Korea or with a national Rose products distributor.
As of today there is no replacement.
This situation is not practical because the Rose device is only working with one type of dongle. It means it is not even possible to buy any other dongle from a different brand.
The RS520 can not be repaired because there are no replacement parts available.
This is how the situation is after 4 weeks of patience.
