While trying to enter into sections of the settings that require entering my passcode, when I attempt to type my passcode using the onscreen keyboard the keystrokes are not being sent to the input box. I have tried a reboot and that is about it.
Are you talking about your PIN? Its numeric and you can only use the numeric keypad.

Please try unplugging and plugging in the power plug. If the problem persists, please send us a photo of the problem screen.

As mentioned by @Smegel above, is the place where you are trying to enter the password a PIN code input field?
In that field, only numeric input is allowed.
Since this has been mentioned twice I would like to clarify. My wording was not the best. The keywords were no input to the text box. When I say that I mean no numbers no letters, and no special characters. OK I get it letters and special characters are irrellevent for this application. I guess I didn’t know the software would prohibit them from even being allowed to register, but still no numbers either.
I just reset the thing.
After performing a factory reset on the RS520, were you able to successfully enter numbers and set the PIN code?
Yes, once reset the input box was registering keystrokes again. I set a new numerical passcode and set all additional seetings and everything is fine.
I’m glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
If you have any additional problems or questions, please let me know.
