Latency Rose 150B

I recently got a Rose 150B. Happy with it so far for streaming and CD playback.
What I did not get to work properly is the integration in my home cinema surround setup. I connected my tv front speaker output to the line in input of the Rose 150B. The Rose 150B is connected to Dutch&Dutch 8c speakers.
I get sound, but a big delay (latency) compared to the tv center speaker.
The speaker’s have only a few ms latency (according spec). Therefore I suspect the Rose 150B to be the cause of the latency.
Any experiency with this or tips how to solve?
Thanks,
Dennis

Don’t know your TV, but if it has analogue audio outs, then it seems to be very old.
Much better is to use a digital audio out like HDMI ARC or SPDIF optical.
With your analogue out you’ll have DA in TV → AD and DA in Rose device → a lot of latency.
With a digital input to the RS150B, you’ll only one DA in the Rose device.

Thanks for your reply.
My tv is a Bang & Olufsen Eclipse; the soundbar of this tv decodes surround signals and is setup to send this to B&O speakers (via analog connection called powerlink). My intent was to use the front speaker signal via the Rose (and keep using B&O center and surround speakers via powerlink), that is why I used this connection (via powerlink to cinch cable).
I could use HDMI but probably not in combination with using center and back speakers of B&O.

Ah, I see.
I would say, that you’ll never get (also without the latency) a good SQ in mixing B&O speakers with your Dutch&Dutch.
Try out your 8c without B&O speakers connected through hdmi.
If you want to have good surround, then you’ll need an AVR and for e.g. five 8c…

Thanks, 5 Dutch&Dutch would be nice
But for now, I probably stick to using my Dutch&Dutch for stereo/music en my tv soundbar plus rear speakers for tv/movie sound.
