RS 130 after the latest software update has video resolution set at the lowest level 1028(?). It was previously set at 4k for my Sony 4k Laser Projector before the update. Now the video resolution can’t be changed back to 4k.

After the recent update, RS130 can only change the HDMI resolution when connected to a beam projector or TV via HDMI. Even though your Sony 4k Laser Projector and RS130 are connected via HDMI, are you unable to change the HDMI resolution settings?
Check if the same symptom occurs even if you completely turn off and on the RS130.

The RS130 HDMI is connected to a Sony 4k Laser.
Display settings shows 1280X750 *50 the lowest setting
Changing to a higher resolution reports “The HDMI Resolution Change Has Failed”
The actual resolution showing on the display screen is: 3840X2160
Completely turning off the RS 130 yields the same results as does unplugging it
On another issue, the upgrade killed my ability to select Shazam from the remote when watching/listening to radio stations. Can you please put it back.

Lastly, please confirm two things.
- Please tell us the model name of your Sony 4k Laser Projector.
- Check if the same symptom occurs even if you change the HDMI cable connected to RS130 to another cable.
