I’m using my RS150 for a couple of years and all the time I have issues. All started with lan connection - when I try to stream music via lan cable it loses connection, freezes and crashes. So till now I can only use wi-fi though I guess lan must be a preferable way to stream the music.
Moreover, all those updates and bug fixes… Every time I switch the streamer on I’m expecting some long updates and bugs. And that’s exactly what I have.
Now there’s a new issue - the screen blinks with different colours and the unit is not functioning. After contacting my dealer I was told that LCD unit is defective and I need to change it. And they are going to charge me $1300 for that. I think this is unacceptable!
I have bought an expensive equipment which is supposed to work good, but I experience problems all the time. I understand this was a new model and some software bugs are essential. I was hoping they will be fixed. But still I have unsolved issues and additionally - that defective LCD.
Dear Rose Hi Fi - please consider this situation and provide your dealer in Ukraine with a free LCD module to be changed in my RS150.
