I have a LG C3 Oled tv that’s about 3.5 years old. I have a Rose 150b connected to it threw it’s hdmi connection. My issue is that the oled tv will shut off after about 10-15 minutes of using Rose Tube. I am streaming using Tidal. Picture and sound is excellent while it’s playing. No issues using my roku streaming stick or DVD player. I don’t know what could be the issue. Tv acts like it’s not receiving a signal then (times out) shuts off . Any help in changing TV settings will be greatly appreciated.

- How are you playing Tidal streaming using RoseTube? I didn’t fully understand your explanation.
- Does your TV automatically turn off after about 10–15 minutes when you play RoseTube?
- Does the same issue occur even when you use a different HDMI cable?
- Does the same issue occur even after performing a factory reset on your RS150b?

Tv picks up video but not audio, through Hdmi on 150b going to my hdmi 4 on lg tv.
It appears that there may be a TV setting configured to power off when an HDMI device is connected. We recommend checking the HDMI-related power and control settings on your TV.
My understanding is that rose provides only video through HDMI,
Audio is still going through whatever you define in the output part of in/out settings.
If you would like to watch videos played on your Rose device on your TV, you do not need to activate HDMI Out in the input/output settings.
Simply play the video on your Rose device and change the “OFF” button to “ON” in the upper-right corner of the playback screen.
