Login password to RoseConnect not retained. IOS latest version

A new issue has emerged. Recently I’ve had to reset my password every time I login to RoseConnect. When I reset it, it will work for a day or two but then it will no longer be recognized.
This is the first time this has occurred in years.
Suggestions?

Hello,
I have just updated the app on my iPhone and now it doesn’t accept my login information anymore.(email/password).
I’ve tried tot reset my password, entered my email address, but RoseConnect keeps responding “This member does not exist”.
Do I need to create a new Rose account or what?

Please check a few things.

If you cannot log in to your Rose account, please send your Rose account to the email address below.
eunseong96@citech.kr

We will send you a temporary password or verification email.
If you cannot find the password for an account, it is because you did not verify your email address when signing up for the account.

i can log into my Rose account by obtaining a temporary password. That process works well.
My problem is that when I change my password to a new one, that password only works once.
Then I have to start the process all over again.

When you try to log in again with a changed password, is there a message that appears when you are unable to log in?
If so, please let me know what message you see.

“User information is incorrect”

Please check a few more things.

  1. You received a temporary password, and when you try to change it to a new password and try to log in again, the message “User information is incorrect” appears and you cannot log in?
  2. You received a temporary password and cannot change it to a new password?
  3. Please tell me the version of the Rose device you are currently using.
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version info

  1. Yes, that is correct. I cannot log in with the new password.
  2. No, I can log in with the temporary password, ask to change password and I receive an email with a link to change my password. After changing the password, I get an on screen message stating that the password has been successfully changed.
  3. RS 520 system version 5.9.02.

So, even though you changed your password, you can’t log in with the changed password and can only log in with the temporary password?

Please send us the password and email ID you want to change to the email below and we will change the password for your Rose account.

For the rest of the community, Rose accepts capital letters in your passwords, says they are OK once they are entered and then rejects the password without telling you.
I wouldn’t have thought of that.
Go figure???
