Login problem into Qobuz, Rose 150-B

Good afternoon,

There was a new update for 150-B this morning. After completing the update, several of the pre-installed apps got deleted --qobuz, rose tube etc…

I re-installed the apps. Since then, I have not been able to log in into qobuz. It stays stuck on the login screen after entering my password. Is anyone having the same issue? Is there a way to revert to the previous firmware?

Same issue. HIFI rose strikes again!

Updated RS150B, reloaded Qobuz, and I cannot sign into the app … same email and password work perfectly on my PC … the new approach looks good guys, but Please, Please properly test that it works without fault before releasing it !!

When are we going to get a fix … Qobuz is my main streaming app for classical music?

PS ------ If you hit ‘return’ on the keypad, the ‘Connection’ button goes from mid-blue to grey … then nothing happens.
If you click on the ‘Connection’ button, first it goes a lighter shade of blue, then after a second click it goes grey … your code seems to be inconsistent guys.
In all cases, the screen just stays there, nothing happens, and no connection is made.

May I suggest you really need to start using formal code-test protocols before a release like this … the product is great, but the way you release software with bugs is infuriating for your customers, and is likely to drive people away if you don’t start getting it right (or at least much better).

The app update talks about changes to Quoboz Authenticator -this is probably where the issues
lie.
I have exact same problem others describe, countless reboots, numerous install and uninstall of the Quoboz widget.
Please please fix this access to Quoboz. It is my only source -must be able to log in.

1/ Mettre a jour Roseconnect premium et sur Iphone Ouvrir Qobuz
Demande d’authentification
Renseigner les items
Qobuz demande l’autorisation de creer un lien avec Rose : Valider
Revenez sur l’appareil et Qobuz fonctionne avec les playlists retrouvées

Qobuz link: Problem solved for IOS

1/ Update Roseconnect premium on the Applestore and on Iphone Open Rose Cpremium
2/Activate Qobuz Authentication ;it request Fill in items Qobuz and asks for permission to create a link with Rose: Validate ++
Go back to Rose 250 and Qobuz works again with the recovered playlists. However, the alphabetical sorting of Playlists has not been integrated.It would be nice

Thanks-that worked for me -please do post your solution on the thread regarding the software update as many other users have the same issue-once again thanks to the community!

It’s necessary update the Rose Connect Premium app in iOS or Android system and login Qobuz from them

Qobuz is my principal source for streaming on the 150-B, so I was really in a panic mode! It’s quite amazing that Rose keeps launching updates without checking first that everything works fine. It’s obviously no the first time that there are issues… Really subpar given how great the product actually is.

About Qobuz login issue

In this case, the issue is related to the Qobuz login page within the device, and necessary adjustments are required by Qobuz. We have already sent a request for confirmation and modification to Qobuz. (We will inform you as soon as this change is implemented).

For the time being, you can use RC Premium for normal logins and other functions. We kindly request that you use RC Premium for Qobuz login until further notice.

Please make sure your phone app is updated to the latest version.
Then, try logging in to Qobuz from the RoseConnect Premium app.

Had the same problem with Qobuz login.
Ok now with app update👍🏻

Today I have the problem as described above.
Rebooted the 150B, removed data from the Qobuz widget and signed in at Qobuz several times.
I have the updated the Rose app.

Still Qobuz won’t work.

I’m now playing Rose Tube, but I would like to return to high res. That’s why I bought the machine in the first place.

Any other suggestions to resolve the matter?

I too have the Qobuz connection issue, and the main thread is under the latest software release discussion thread.

I can log in via the iPhone app. but my 150b is no longer able to stream music from Qobuz, I just get an egg timer.

I am thinking it’s time to replace the 150b with a more reliable product from another manufacturer.
