I have tried to adjust the lip sync when playing videos the sound doesn’t match the lip sync. Is there a trick its sometimes close and other times way off?
I have same issue - haven’t used the Rose Tube videos for some time and turned-on last night and all programs unwatchable as about 5 sec delays. It didn’t matter if played / watching on the unit or using HDMI to 4k TV still that same delay. It worked ok before and never a problem before so mystery why should be out now - must be updates have caused this so hope it gets fixed by ROSE.
It’s frustrating that the 150B seems so fragile and seems effected by any small change in operating environment unlike all my other HIFI gear that rarely if ever get any interference even when recovering from power outs whereas 150B needs re-pairing to app and relinking to network each time even using ethernet and high-quality power controls like Thor. Future updates need to add more robust tech.

I had a problem with lip sync with the Rosetube app and fixed it by trying different HDMI resolution settings until I found one that worked. This was not an intermittent problem though, so it may not solve your issue.
This is changed in Settings App / Display tab / HDMI resolution / Select from a list of resolutions. You will need to scroll down to see all of them.
You can also change it using the Rose Connect app in Settings / Display / HDMI resolution.

When using the Rose device, do you connect and use the built-in DAC? Or are you using an external DAC?
If this problem occurs while using the built-in DAC, the symptom disappears after rebooting.
If you are using an external DAC, please let us know the DAC model name.

Thank you for reaching back out to me. When I use the rosetube application it is connected to my Anthem MRX1140 via HDMI CABLE. when using the hdmi cable it would be the Rose 150b DAC correct?
