Would you kindly make available for the owners of Rose RS150B an extensive manual instead of the simple manual we received with the equipment. Lot of the settings & functions are missing.

Agreed!! There are so many settings that Iâve had to research on this forum or other websites to understand.

What are the issues you are encountering? They may be very different that what I had to research.
Let me begin by citing that my music (on SSD) doesnât appear normally except in Folder! I followed the instructions and created Album folder in which I had put all my albums
2- I canât connect Roon to RS150 except as a bridge connected to my music file in the NAS (I tried putting different variant for the shared folder on the Rose without any success.
3- The RS150 doesnât appear immediately in my network and it is not stable when it appears. I had to put the Rose to factory Reset and I had to build once again my music but nothing is working normally.

Sorry for the lack of content in the manual.
The ROSE streamer family often has features added or changed through software updates. According to this, the manual needs to be revised, but there are many difficult parts in reality. I will try to figure out how to create an online manual and reflect it in every update.

â Hello, Iâm not sure if this is what you wanted to do, but please check if itâs right.
You have your music files in SSD, but you canât see it in âMUSIC > Albumâ.
To see music files in 'MUSIC > Albumâ, your music files should be scanned.
To scan your music filesâŚ
RS150 > MUSIC > Setup > Media Library > Select your SSD > Scan DB

â Do you mean that your RoonCore canât find RS150? Please check if theyâre in same network.

â Where doesnât the RS150 appear? In RoseConnectPremium APP? Can you explain more in detail or give me a photo about ânothing is working normallyâ?

1- I had to format the SSD and I created as you suggested the file âAlbumâ through the MacBook Pro once Rose appeared on the Network. I have the same Network inside all my House. All Hardware are connected to one network by cables through a Cisco switch. I scanned many times DB and the albums didnât appear finally yesterday I decided to erase totally the Rose NetworkConnect on my IPad Pro and everything (my Music Files) appeared once again!
2- Yes Roon Core canât find the RS150 Album. I had tried all the variant to create a new network share apart from Music on NAS, but it was not possible. I have used all the varients in //192.168.1.9:8080/storage/album/ROSEDISK, but nothing worked I am receiving the message:unexpected error.
3- I have 3 radios which can read/play my music files on my network, when rose appears they donât find the album file and timeout appears immediately.

About Roon Core, check if your RoonCore and NAS allows SMBv1.
Many devices support SMBv2 or SMBv3 onwards. In order to support SMBv1, a separate setting may be required.
As a lot of customers asked for SMBv2, weâre considering to update SMBv2.
However, for now, only SMBv1 is supported for ROSE.
About the 3 radio channels you have⌠Where is it saved? In NAS? Can you give a screenshot about the timeout?
