„Media scanning” problem

Hello, I am a new user of Rose RS150B. I have a problem. I connected an external drive via USB to copy music to the internal drive. After
downloading the files, the “media scanning” icon is still visible in the lower left corner. The external drive has been disconnected and this
icon is still visible every time the device is turned on. Can anyone help me, what’s going on here?

Please answer a few questions.

  1. Does the same symptom appear even after rebooting after RS150b–>Settings → System Settings → Media Library → DB Rescan?
  2. Does the same symptom appear when scanning the external hard drive DB after RS150b–>Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset?

I did what you recommended in the first point and the problem was solved. Probably the reason for the continuous scanning was that Rose kept seeing an external drive that was already physically disconnected. After running DB Rescan, the external drive disappeared. and the problem was solved. Thank you very much for your help.
