Messages that go unanswered

I have a Rose 201e. and have enjoyed owning it for the past 9 months and as it’s
software based have been interested in this forum.

If you look around there are so many postings that need a response from Rose
but no response is forthcoming.

If you want to create a community and use it to improve your products answering
all posts that ask a question should be mandatory.

I apologize for not paying attention to all the posts.

There are questions that can be answered right away, while there are questions that cannot be answered right away.
Some of the questions has to be answered by our testing and verification process.
These questions should be answered by the Hardware team or the Software team.
So, please understand that there may be a delay in the process of receiving a response.

Lastly, I will try my best to give you an answer without skipping and pay more attention to the part that I can answer.
