SOS! After updated FW on RS150B, all song files cannot show the related album photo for all files storage in RS150B SSD. But I have no issue for the files storage in NAS.
Please help me urgently!

I did deleted the SSD from music library and added it back just like your instruction. But it still cannot show the album cover photos. Please find the screen caption photo attached. It was fine before last two update FW and Apps. Please test your softwares before release it next time.
Is it my RS150B has problem? It just three months old. I had suffering different problems since bought it. Your product has reliability problem. Please help me to solve this problem. Otherwise, I shall return it back to your dealer and seeking for fully refund.

This happens for me only sometimes. Here’s an example where the album incl. Cover shows correct under recentyl added, but not under recently played. Files are local stored on SSD.

It looks, like you did not tag your AIFF (mac?) Files to have the cover within the file.
That’s how I do it, to be independent from any player. Cover will always be shown then.
If there is a difference for file import local and with a share from NAS - I have no idea.
I use Roon only for all my music - local files are just for testing.

I can confirm the same experience for me.
Unlike what had been wisely suggested by Adrian, I trusted the Rose for the majority of 3 large CD collections ripping (around 2TB of music). 90% of these CDs have been ripped on the Rose, the remaining represented by the CDs that couldn’t be ripped on it (CDs including data files, Double Albums, etc.).
Like you guys, on many occasions, I have albums that do not display the album cover art/photos and - given the background - I have given up undestanding why this is and why this keeps happening.
SSD is scanned regularly to treat other issues (@ROSELOA knows all about these too)

- Can’t see the album cover on ROSE APP? Or RS150B? (Maybe both?)
- Is your DLNA service on for RS150B?
- What’s your ROSE ID? (RS150B > Settings > SystemInfo > ROSE ID)
- Is this where you can’t see the album cover?
- RS150B > Music > Folder > SSD > Music files
- RS150B > Music > Album > There’s music files, but no cover

I cannot see album cover art on a number of albums in both Music/Folder and in Music/Album on the main unit and - similarly for the same albums - on the app

About 90% of all my music files (and including the albums shown on these screenshots) are CDs which have been ripped on the Rose

Out of interest, just as an example, the same CD on this screenshot - which had to be ripped on the Rose in two parts and the title edited manually like in this case (eg: (disc 1) and (disc 2)…) as the Rose doesn’t recognise double albums - one CD shows the cover art and the other one doesn’t.

I found out that the missing album cover photo happening in Apple Rose Connect Premium only. Android App is no problem. Please fix the bugs. Thanks!

→ Hello, I checked but actually RoseConnect for iOS cannot show album cover in MUSIC > FOLDER > songs.
Maybe the album covers that you saw in iOS RoseConnect is - MUSIC > Albums > songs.
It works in Android RoseConnect, but not in iOS.
iOS will be updated later.
