Mono output only when connected with Bluetooth

I have a RS150. When connected to any device with Bluetooth, it only outputs one channel through both speakers. I’ve looked at all my device settings and on the Rose unit, and can’t figure it out. I have the Bluetooth Dongle and have tried hard resetting everything.

My preamp is a Classe Delta-Pre. I know that works in stereo, because my turntable outputs stereo.

Please answer a few questions.

  1. If you connect your RS150 to your Classe Delta-Pre and a speaker via a non-Bluetooth cable, will the output only come from one channel?
  2. RS150 does not have Bluetooth transmission function.
    RS150 supports only the receiver function and does not support the transmission function.
  3. Does the same symptom appear even if you factory reset your RS150?
    RS150–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
