that’s why I showed in my pictures above that I do it on the device and not in the app.
Before the update to 5.7… I could also do the DB reset from the app and the device restarted. That doesn’t work for me anymore.
I’m not a nerd either, but I was able to solve all the problems I had with Apple or Windows in general myself. The same goes for the Rose device. “Sometimes the proof of the pudding is in the eating.”
The guys from Rose will definitely find a solution to your problem. Since I don’t have a 150b here with me, remote diagnosis is always difficult. The way the guys from Rose do it is amazing. Answering thousands of different questions… from a distance and then different languages come into play.
It’s not easy.
