MUSIC / ALBUM view showing 0/0 after last FW update

that’s why I showed in my pictures above that I do it on the device and not in the app.

Before the update to 5.7… I could also do the DB reset from the app and the device restarted. That doesn’t work for me anymore.

I’m not a nerd either, but I was able to solve all the problems I had with Apple or Windows in general myself. The same goes for the Rose device. “Sometimes the proof of the pudding is in the eating.”

The guys from Rose will definitely find a solution to your problem. Since I don’t have a 150b here with me, remote diagnosis is always difficult. The way the guys from Rose do it is amazing. Answering thousands of different questions… from a distance and then different languages ​​come into play.

Yes, i did delete the DB and initialize, add DB on the device too.
Sadly no change in the windows app: /storage/ROSEDISK stays “Not Connected” but it plays the music via “recently played” and the tab Folder (Verzeichnis in your screenshot) ROSEDISK shows all the album folders/files.
The tab Albums stays empty.

As I said, I tried to pass on my experiences with an RS520 to you. You have a 150b and I don’t know that everything is identical with the scans.

…and exactly, let the Rose guys speak and answer. I’m just disappointed that my recommendations (DB scan) didn’t lead to any results for you. :confused:

So all that effort was in vain… well… C’est la vie… that’s life.
