My iPad and iPhone cannot search the device

I’m very disappointed that my mobile phone and iPad cannot connect to the rose even the ip address is correct. Almost every few seconds it pop up and said device connection failed and ask me to search device. I have updated the Rose Apps to the most updated version, but the problem still there!!

How can I solve it?

I have a few questions to ask you to solve the problem.

  1. If the pop-up does not disappear, does it appear from [Currently connected devices] and [Connectable devices] at the bottom of the Change Device tab?
  2. Does the same symptom appear even after resetting the router?
  3. Does the pop-up keep disappearing?
  4. What type of mobile phone are you using?

  2. My internet is fine? How can I reset the router? Just reboot it?

Yesterday, there was a customer with similar symptoms as you.

  1. Are you using Wi-Fi Modems instead of a Wi-Fi router?
    Please provide the model name of your Wi-Fi router or Wi-Fi Modems.
  2. If you have both a Wi-Fi router and Wi-Fi Modems, it seems to be solved if you connect in the order of Wi-Fi Modem → Wi-Fi Router → Rose.
  3. If that doesn’t work, we’ll have to do a remote debug of your device and check it out.
    Do you have a country of residence or a time when you can be contacted?
  4. Please tell me your ROSE ID. Rose device–>Settings–>System Info–>ROSE ID

I only can use internet wifi and can’t use Ethernet previously used.

I am using a wifi modem which contacted to a switch and then connect to rose. Before updating the software, it works. But now can’t

The internal IP may have changed. There are too many variables in the network, so it is recommended to use a stable Wi-Fi router.

Please send a picture of the Wi-Fi modem and router along with the model name as well by e-mail.
