My music freezes al 150 b playing tidal

Hi, I have the 150b and I have been having problems aprox 3 weeks that appear to be due to tha internet speed (the song freezes seconds or minutes), however, do not have that problem with other devices such as cell phones,TVs, laptops, which is becoming more frequent and annoying. Any recomendations?

Sometimes Tidal also crashes, it was reported on various forums, but if you have a problem with the network speed, all that remains is to fix it.

Here are a few things to check:

  1. Does the same symptom occur when you connect your Rose device to Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet?
  2. Does the same symptom occur when you use apps that require other networks, such as radio or Qobuz, other than Tidal?
  3. Does the same symptom occur when you log out of your Tidal account and log back in?
  4. Does the same symptom occur when you replace the Ethernet cable with a different cable?
  5. Does the same symptom occur when you factory reset your Rose device?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

Thank you so much ROSEHAN,

Shortly before your kind email arrived, a friend of mine who knows more about electronics than I do corrected the situation. Let me explain: Indeed, the internet speed was slow, and in my desperation, I started pressing certain buttons on the Rose because the internet worked perfectly on other devices (I mistakenly switched from Ethernet to Wi-Fi), and this transmission method doesn’t support music playback in my case. In any case, I appreciate your willingness to help me and I’m happy to know I can count on you and that my Rose is still working properly.

I’m glad it works. It’s easy to tell you’re connected to Wi-Fi; just look at the icon on the Rose display the second time. Unfortunately, many Roses have Wi-Fi problems. I don’t know where it comes from, but it’s a fact, at least that’s how it was with the RS 250. Regards.

@Cougar2025

I’m glad the issue has been resolved.
If you continue to experience issues, please let me know.
