Hello,

Sometimes I mark a song with a heart and this song is not added to my Qobuz favorites. Please, kindly explain why is it happening. Is this list limited with number of favorite songs do I can not at more?

Please answer a few questions.

  1. When you add Qobuz music to Favorite, are all the songs you clicked the heart on not added to Favorite?
  2. Did this symptom appear after the recent update?
  3. How many songs do you currently have saved in Favorite?

  2. Did this symptom appear after the recent update? - no, it was already before, but some songs that I marked before are not yet there even after update

Please check a few things.

  1. Can you tell me a few track names that cannot be added when you add them to favorites?
  2. Where did you place your favorites? For example Rose device or RoseConnect (Android/iOS)
  3. Where do you bookmark and check Trek? Did you check it using the method below?
    Rose Home → Favorites or Qobuz → My Qobuz → Favorite
  4. Can I know the nickname/email address of the Rose account you are using?
