I’m sorry, but I do not fully understand the issue you are experiencing.
The RA180 amplifier has not received any new firmware updates in recent years.
Please record a video of the issue you are experiencing and send it to the email address below.

After updating my RD160, the display of the RD160 always awakes when I do something with the remote of the RA180. That wasn’t the case with the former firmware of the RD160.

We have also confirmed that, in the latest version, operating the RA180 causes the RD160 to power on. Which RD160 version were you using before updating to the latest version?
Hi! I used the latest before the update to the new os, I don’t know the exact number. But with the latest os for the RD160 there is the same issue. Changing the volume of the RA180 wakes up the display of the RD160!
I think that issue didn’t exist in v1.24.

We always recommend using the latest firmware version.
In this latest update, an issue where the RD160 responded when using the RA180/RA280 amp remote has been fixed, and the VU Meter UI has also been improved.

Thanks for that info. As we discussed previously, I think it would be good to start a new thread when there is a new firmware update. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, there is no other way to know when there is a new firmware update. The post could include high level changes/additions.
Also please note that it seems to take a LOT longer to switch to the VU or display mode once a song has started. Like minutes longer. Please fix in next update.
