National certification is not required. Are you unable to use the Rose device now?
If so, please tell us the Rose device model you are using and the ROSE ID. Let’s check which country it is set to.

It’s a global problem, I got the same message. I have done a reboot but the message is still there. It is a problem with your servers.
The player works, but the message is annoying.
If so, please tell us the Rose device model you are using and the ROSE ID. Let’s check which country it is set to.

Getting same messages in UK - ID is 0B46C2
It has nothing to do with the country settings. It is your servers that you have to look at.
And I have a RS150B not a RS520

This problem has to do with your own servers, nothing did change over here and popup appeared just this morning

Just put in standby and on again without the message appearing

I did a system reset and it was gone. However, better safe and prevent it from popping up in the future.
