Need help on how to create and edit a playlist of files from my internal HDD

I have owned my RS150b for about 2 years now, and I still cannot find any usable step-by-step instructions on how to create a playlist and then populate it with files exclusively from my internal HDD.

Can anyone point me to such instructions?

Everything I have found directly from HiFi Rose so far seems to be written by a person with very limited understanding of the English language, or no experience in writing instructions.

So, something like -
Step 1 how to create a playlist.
Step 2 how to add a single file from the internal HDD to a playlist
Step 3 how to add a folder of files (eg, a single album) contained in the HDD to a playlist
Step 4 how to add or remove files from a playlist
Step 5 how to edit the order of files played in a playlist

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
