Network connection lost

I have Rose Connect Premium on my phone. The connection between my phone and my RS-250 drops at random. Usually, I can get the connection going again by fiddling with the app; but sometimes it takes a lot of scanning, reconnecting, or even forcing the IP address. A couple of times I had to reboot the RS-250.

My network is very stable.

Suggestions?

Yes.

I am wondering if having two phones registered might be the problem. I don’t run the app on both simultaneously, but even so …

I unregistered one of the phones, and I’ll keep an eye on it.

I think that may be the answer. I had the same issue when I was running the app on 2 phones. Now I only run the app on my iPad and have not had any issues at all.
