I just bought a brand new RD160, I went through the registration steps, but I did not get confirmation of a successful product registration. The rd160 does not show in my profile. I emailed the email on the website, no response. I asked a product question in my profile, no response. Has anyone else had this issue? Makes me skeptical on buying the RS130.

There is no great benefit to product registration. In the early days of HiFi Rose, you had to register the product to know the purchase date and proceed with the corresponding repair, but now we can find out by looking at the serial number when proceeding with the repair.
