New Rose RS150b

I bought a Rose RS150b and when I opened it I noticed this on the screen. What is this and how can it be removed? or is this a factory defect? absolutely new. did not exploit.

no possibility. I sent it to the dealer and they will be waiting for a new rose rs150b.
