New RS130 Can't log in from Device

I have a new RS130. I can’t login to roseaudio using my email address and password as requested during the setup. The response I receive is “user information is incorrect”. The first part of my email address is underlined in red. Is this important? I am inputting my correct email address.

i had this problem too. my dealer said to blow it off as you dont really need to have an account for anything. i think you can email rose and they can set it up for you.

About the account
Seems like your account exists and it’s verified. Would you try ‘find password’ and see if it doesn’t work even with the temporary password?
(Phone > Rose APP > Settings > My Page > Login > Find Password)

Thank you. when I turned on the RS130, it had been registered. I reset my password and hopefully now it will work. I note that my user name is StandardMo, not StandardModel as it appears, perhaps that was the problem although my email address wouldn’t work either.
