Hello,
Today I received my RS250, but I can’t get it to work.
When I plug it in the power button LED comes on, and when I push it it starts blinking, but that’s all that is happening, the screen stays off.
I also tried to reboot by holding the power button for 5 sec, the light than blinks fast for a couple of seconds, and than back to slow blinking, even if I wait for 15 minutes nothing else happens
I’m I missing something of is this a DOA?

I have been using my rose RS250 for 2 weeks and now i face with the same problem above with Ggoole.
Is it possible to fix it?
I have tried to reboot it by pressing the power button 5 seconds. But it doesnt work.
I dont think that the distrubutor can fix it, they just sells it here.
Please help me to fix it.

Do you see the backlight is on when you turned the RS250 on?
We have contracted with a Distributor who can do AS, so contact the Distributor and they will solve it for you.
